ecube

Satair, an Airbus company, entered into an agreement to acquire Unical Aviation Inc., a global aircraft parts and components supplier of Used Serviceable Material, and its subsidiary ecube. The acquisition includes seven operational sites across North America, Spain and the UK, with combined 2024 revenue of $298 million. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026.
