BKV-BPP Power

BKV Corporation agreed to acquire from Banpu Power US Corporation one-half of BPPUS' interest in BKV-BPP Power, increasing BKV's ownership to 75%. The consideration is $376 million less 25% of the joint venture's net indebtedness, paid 50% in cash and 50% in BKV common stock.
