Reiling GmbH & Co. KG

Foamit has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in Veriso, a subsidiary of Reiling, for an initial investment of EUR 3 million. The joint venture includes two existing foam glass facilities and a new factory to be built in Germany.
