Sphere Refrigeration Systems

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration, through its subsidiary KRN HVAC Products, signed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire the bus air-conditioning division of Sphere Refrigeration Systems, including all operations, assets and employees.
