BMEC Imaging (Egypt) signed a contract with the Suez Canal Economic Zone to build an advanced medical manufacturing and remanufacturing facility in the Sokhna industrial zone, with phased investments of $4.5 million. The plant will produce medical devices such as X-ray tubes and dialysis machines, and remanufacture high-tech equipment like Cathlab, PET CT, MRI, LINAC, and CT scanners.
