Maxum International Group

Nextil and Maxum International Group signed a binding agreement to launch NextGreen, a comprehensive textile solution integrating fiber recycling, natural dyeing, and garment production. The alliance has a minimum projection of $200 million over five years, with production centered in Guatemala.

Nextil signed a five-year contract with Maxum International Group for exclusive production at its plant in Guatemala, with total sales of $175 million. Production will be $15 million in the first year and $40 million annually thereafter.
