Tri-Wall completes 100% ownership and rebranding of Rosewood Group
Tri-Wall has completed its acquisition of the remaining stake in Rosewood Group, gaining 100% ownership in October 2021, and has rebranded all Rosewood sites under its name in the UK. The deal expands Tri-Wall's UK footprint to six sites.
