ARCO/Murray National Construction Company

ARCO/Murray has been awarded the contract to construct the Wylie Water Treatment Plant IV Expansion No. 2 for North Texas Municipal Water District. The project increases capacity by 70 MGD, with groundbreaking in October 2025 and completion by November 2029.
