DuPont de Nemours signed a deal to acquire Sinochem (Ningbo) RO Memtech Co., Ltd. to expand its reverse osmosis membrane manufacturing footprint in China and Asia Pacific, boosting capacity for FilmTec RO elements.

DuPont signed an agreement to acquire Sinochem (Ningbo) RO Memtech Co., Ltd. to expand its FilmTec reverse osmosis manufacturing footprint into China. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025.
