Independent Sugar Corporation Limited (INSCO) announced the acquisition of Hindustan National Glass & Industries Limited (HNGIL) through the IBC process, with an upfront cash payment of INR 1,901.55 crores and deferred payment of INR 356.28 crores. The NCLT approved the resolution plan on August 14, 2025.
