Ardagh and Teachers' fund reportedly plan sale of Trivium Packaging joint venture
Ardagh Group and a Canadian teachers' fund reportedly plan to sell their food and speciality metal cans joint venture Trivium Packaging next year, with Citigroup and Evercore hired as advisers. The enterprise value could exceed $4 billion.
