CMPC agrees to buy Iguaçu Celulose Papel plants and forests for R$946 million
Chile's CMPC agreed to buy three plants and forests of Paraná-based Iguaçu Celulose Papel for R$946 million including debts. The deal gives CMPC entry into Brazil's packaging market as the second-largest paper bag supplier.
