Oerlemans Packaging Group acquires packaging producer Stempher
Oerlemans Packaging Group agreed to acquire Koninklijke Verpakkingsindustrie Stempher, which makes paper bags and polyethylene bags, tube and films at two sites in Rijssen, Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
