The Amarillo Economic Development Corporation plans to pay North Carolina-based Manteenbar incentives, including a property tax deferral and $10,000 per job, to build a $40 million factory in Amarillo, Texas, that would employ about 160 workers. The deal goes to city council in early January 2022.
