Pablo Aviation has completed the merger process with Volk, a defense manufacturing precision machining specialist, and appointed Kim Young-jun as Chairman. The merger was announced on September 26, 2025.

South Korean drone technology company Pablo Air is set to merge with defence components producer VOLK. Shareholders approved the merger on August 22, 2025, with finalisation set for September 27, 2025.
