Packaging specialist Papacks has opened a second hall at its Arnstadt, Thuringia site after investing around 14 million euros, and is planning a third gigafactory that will include a research institute. The company makes plastic-free, biodegradable packaging.
Papacks Sales GmbH is investing around EUR 13 million in a second molded fiber packaging plant next to its Arnstadt Gigafactory 1, doubling annual capacity there to 360 million units.
