Golden Empire Precision Machinery Technology

Golden Empire Precision Machinery Technology signed a framework agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Guangzhou Unipres Precision, a transmission parts plant in Guangzhou with registered capital of USD 35 million.

Golden Empire will invest EUR 30 million in its Serbian subsidiary to expand production capacity and meet demand from overseas new energy clients, increasing total investment in the project to CNY 400 million.

Golden Empire Precision Machinery Technology will invest CNY 300 million in a new factory in Ma'anshan, Anhui, and CNY 530 million in another in Liaocheng, Shandong, to produce high-end precision components for new energy equipment.
