Westchester Joint Water Works

The Westchester Joint Water Works approved a $172,761,500 contract with Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. to construct the Rye Lake Filtration Plant in Harrison, New York. The 80,000 sf plant will be built on a 5.7-acre parcel.
