Inari Amertron Berhad

Sanan Optoelectronics and Inari Amertron Berhad plan to jointly invest $280 million to establish a new joint venture in Hong Kong.

Sanan Optoelectronics and Inari Amertron Berhad have agreed to acquire 100% of Lumileds Holding B.V. for $239 million in cash. The deal has passed some antitrust reviews but still requires approvals from the Netherlands, Germany, and CFIUS.

Inari Amertron Berhad and Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. have agreed to jointly acquire 100% equity interest in Lumileds Holding B.V. and its 11 Asian and European subsidiaries from Lumileds Subholding B.V. for a total enterprise value of USD 239 million.
