Baladna Q.P.S.C.

GEA was mandated by Baladna and the Algerian government to provide dairy farming and processing solutions for the world's largest integrated dairy farm and milk powder facility in Algeria. The order volume is between EUR 140 million and EUR 170 million, with milk powder production planned to commence in late 2027.

Baladna Algeria S.P.A., the Algerian Government, and GEA signed a contract on July 28, 2025 to build the world's largest integrated dairy facility in Adrar province, Algeria. Construction starts in early 2026, with first milk powder production in late 2027. The project will create about 5,000 jobs.
