Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has agreed to acquire the technology, intellectual property, and brand rights of Polar Mohr from the Polar Group. The transaction is expected to close within weeks, giving HEIDELBERG exclusive global sales and marketing rights for Polar Mohr postpress products.
