Regen Aluminum

Spanish automotive component producer Fagor Ederlan has acquired 51% of US-based Regen Aluminum, which will be renamed Fagor Regen Aluminum. Regen produces recycled aluminum ingots with an annual capacity of 5 million ingots for automotive, aerospace, and electrical applications.

Fagor Ederlan México has acquired Regen Aluminum, renamed Fagor Regen Aluminum, located in Yoe, Pennsylvania. The acquisition aims to secure supply of secondary aluminum with lower carbon footprint and expand product portfolio for automotive components.
