Cahya Mata Cement

Cahya Mata Cement awarded a US$159 million contract to Sinoma Industry Engineering Malaysia to build a new 6,000 t/day clinker line at its Mambong plant in Kuching, Malaysia. Construction starts August 2025, with clinker production by April 2027 and full commissioning by June 2027. The project will raise annual clinker capacity from 0.9Mt to 1.9Mt and create up to 500 construction jobs.

Cahya Mata Cement awarded a RM673 million contract to Sinoma Industry Engineering to build a new 6,000-tonne-per-day clinker line at its Mambong Integrated Plant in Kuching, Malaysia, doubling clinker capacity to 1.9 million tonnes per year.
