Sona Comstar to start differential housing supplies from China JV

Sona Comstar forms joint venture with Jinnaite Machinery in China
Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Sona Comstar) approved the formation of a joint venture in China with Jinnaite Machinery Co. Ltd. Sona Comstar will invest $12 million for a 60% stake, while JNT will contribute $8 million in assets for 40%. The JV will manufacture driveline systems for automotive OEMs in China and globally, with operations expected to start in the second half of FY2026.
