Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Lanka

The Competition Commission of India approved TPG's proposal to acquire a majority stake in Siemens Gamesa's onshore wind turbine generator manufacturing business in India and Sri Lanka, with minority investments from MAVCO Investments and Prashant Jain.
