Rino Mastrotto and Marzotto Group announced the launch of Jacqart, a new company specializing in premium jacquard fabrics and velvets, formed by merging Imatex23 (controlled by Rino Mastrotto) and Prosetex (part of Marzotto Group). Rino Mastrotto holds 60% and Marzotto Group 40%.

Rino Mastrotto and Marzotto form home textile company Jacqart
Rino Mastrotto and Gruppo Marzotto are founding Jacqart–Trame D'Arredo, a new home textile company, by merging Imatex (owned by Rino Mastrotto) and Prosetex (part of Marzotto Group). Rino Mastrotto will hold 60% and Marzotto Group 40%. The transaction is expected to complete in Q3 2025.
