Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R) completed the acquisition of 49% of the shares of ADA Group, a Portuguese manufacturer of gauze, nonwoven products and medical disposables. The strategic cooperation takes effect retroactively from January 1, 2025.

Lohmann & Rauscher (L&R) is acquiring a 49% share in the Portuguese ADA Group, a manufacturer of gauze, nonwoven products, bandages, incontinence products and medical disposables based in Seroa. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025.
