EnergyLink International announced on 11 April 2023 that it has acquired UECompression Inc., a supplier and distributor of engineered-to-order compression equipment, and appointed Keith Kern as UECompression's president.
Xebec Adsorption closed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Colorado-based UECompression for a total consideration of $8 million, subject to holdbacks and adjustments. The deal adds a 100,000 sq. ft. US plant to expand biogas and hydrogen system production.
