Land and Sea Packaging

Vancouver-headquartered Wildpack Beverage agreed to acquire Michigan-based Land & Sea Packaging for US$37.3 million, with all employees transferring to Wildpack. Land & Sea brokers about 90 million aluminium cans a year.

Wildpack Beverage closed its acquisition of KT Murray Corporation dba Land and Sea Packaging, an aluminum can brokering business in Grand Rapids, Michigan, for US$37.2 million, paid partly in cash and partly in shares. The closing was announced November 23, 2021.

Kentwood, Michigan-based Land and Sea Packaging agreed to be sold to a Canadian firm in a $37.3 million cash and stock deal.
