UFP Industries' UBEECO acquires Boxpack packaging business in Australia
UBEECO Group, a subsidiary of UFP Industries, acquired the assets of Boxpack Packaging in Melbourne, Australia, on 1 November 2021. Boxpack reported trailing 12-month sales of AUD 8.2 million to June 2021.
