NCH Corporation

Solenis completed its acquisition of NCH Corporation, a provider of water treatment and industrial solutions. The combined company operates in over 160 countries with approximately 23,000 employees. Bain Capital and the Levy family hold minority stakes in Solenis.

Solenis has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of NCH Corporation, creating a combined provider of water and hygiene solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
