Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation

Daimler Truck, Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino and Toyota concluded definitive agreements to integrate Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino on an equal footing into a new listed holding company, with Daimler Truck and Toyota each aiming to own 25%. The new company is expected to start operations in April 2026.
