Chinese group Jingdong Steel plans to invest $500 million to build a steel plant in M'sila province, Algeria. The facility will have an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of steel sheets and pipes, and is expected to create 1,114 direct jobs and 2,000 indirect jobs.
