Alfa Meccanica

Orienta Capital Partners, through its subsidiary LMA, acquired 99% of the share capital of Alfa Meccanica, an Italian leader in high-precision mechanical machining for the aerospace sector. The deal aims to create a group capable of competing internationally.

LMA Lavorazione Meccanica per l'Aeronautica, controlled by Orienta Capital Partners, acquired 99% of Alfa Meccanica, an Italian aerospace parts manufacturer based in Cornebarrieu, France. The deal was completed on May 20, 2025.
