Zuther GmbH

Zuther GmbH has acquired SHA Siegmund Henning Anlagentechnik GmbH, a specialist in screw conveyor technology based in Ludwigslust, Germany. The SHA site will remain intact and be integrated into the Zuther Group as an independent company with around 50 employees.

Zuther GmbH is constructing a new 1,250 m² production hall at its Karwitz site for fully automated sheet metal processing, including a laser system and robot press brake. The ground-breaking ceremony occurred in early May 2025, with completion scheduled for November 2025.
