Silgan acquires Easytech Closures, Italian metal ends producer
Silgan Holdings has acquired Easytech Closures, which makes easy-open metal ends at Fisciano, Italy, for EUR 31.5 million ($36.5 million). Easytech is projected to generate about EUR 38 million in 2021 sales.
