MAG Silver

Pan American Silver announced a definitive agreement to acquire all shares of MAG Silver Corp. for total consideration of approximately $2.1 billion, including $500 million in cash and stock. MAG Silver holds a 44% interest in the Juanicipio silver mine in Mexico.
