Mueller Water Products to acquire Singer Valve for C$34 million
Mueller Water Products agreed to acquire Singer Valve, a Surrey, British Columbia maker of automatic control valves, for C$34 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in Mueller's fiscal second quarter of 2017.
