Aica Kogyo to acquire KUEN BONG TECHNOLOGY (Thailand) through subsidiary
Aica Kogyo, through its subsidiary Aica Thai Chemical, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of KUEN BONG TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED, a Thai resin company. The acquisition aims to expand Aica Kogyo's phenol resin production capacity by about 2.5 times.
