Mont Royal Resources has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Commerce Resources' shares through a court-approved plan of arrangement, creating a Québec-focused critical minerals development company combining the Ashram Rare Earth and Fluorspar Project, Eldor Niobium Project, and Northern Lights Lithium Project.
