Autofric

Berner Industrier has acquired 100% of the shares in Autofric AB, a Swedish company specializing in metalworking, custom manufacturing, and water treatment products. The initial purchase price is SEK 55 million on a debt-free basis, plus a possible earn-out of up to SEK 20 million.
