Dislog Group

Dislog Medical Devices, a subsidiary of Dislog Group, has acquired Scomedica, a Moroccan distributor of medical devices and laboratory equipment. The acquisition strengthens Dislog's position in the Moroccan healthcare market.

Dislog Group signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 70% of the capital of Afrobiomedic, a Moroccan medical device company specializing in cardiology, as part of its healthcare division expansion.
