Lygend Resources & Technology Co., Ltd. announced a connected transaction where its Indonesian subsidiary PT Karunia Permai Sentosa will purchase five portal cranes from Ningbo Lihua Port Machinery Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for US$10.75 million. The cranes will be delivered by 31 August 2025 to Obi Island, Indonesia.
