Alcon announced a definitive merger agreement to acquire LENSAR, Inc. for $14.00 per share in cash (approx. $356 million), plus a contingent value right of up to $2.75 per share, for total potential consideration of up to $430 million. The acquisition includes the ALLY Robotic Cataract Laser Treatment System.
