Praneetha Ventures

Adani Group, through its subsidiary Kutch Copper, plans to enter the cables and wires segment via an acquisition worth $500-700 million. It has incorporated a joint venture company, Praneetha Ecocables, with Praneetha Ventures, as a downstream expansion of its copper smelter project in Mundra.
