FAFECO Group

EPIQ Machinerie has acquired 50% of the shares of Indian company FAFECO, a producer of cranes and overhead cranes. The acquisition adds 180 employees and consolidates access to Indian, Middle Eastern, and European markets.

EPIQ Machinery acquired a 50% stake in FAFECO Group, an Indian crane manufacturer. FAFECO operates three facilities in Pune with annual capacity of 100 cranes.
