PurgeRite

Vertiv completed its acquisition of PurgeRite, a provider of mechanical flushing, venting and filtration services for data centres, for approximately $1 billion. PurgeRite is based in Houston, Texas.

Vertiv has agreed to acquire PurgeRite, a provider of fluid management services for data centers, from Milton Street Capital for approximately $1.0 billion in cash, with potential additional consideration of up to $250 million based on 2026 performance.
