MEI International

Jakob Müller Group (JMG) has acquired MEI International, expanding its narrow fabric weaving solutions. JMG will discontinue its Müjet air-jet weaving machine and fully endorse MEI's advanced air-jet technology. MEI will continue to operate independently in Gallarate, Italy.

Jakob Müller Group (JMG) acquired 100% of the shares of MEI International, an Italian manufacturer of wide label weaving machines, effective January 1, 2025. The acquisition expands JMG's narrow fabric weaving solutions portfolio.
