Schwing Bioset, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase all shares of Revinu Companies, a biosolids management company based in Winter Haven, Florida. The acquisition will vertically integrate Schwing Bioset's services from equipment design through operation and reuse of biosolids products.
