Macquarie Asset Management Europe

Earth Bidco, a company controlled by Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 7 and BCI UK, agreed to acquire Renewi, a waste management company, for approximately £707 million. The acquisition will be effected by a scheme of arrangement.
